Taekwondo and child
A new book on the sport of Taekwondo will be released by May 1. The book written by former federal coach and physical education teacher, Andreas Christidis.
The book entitled «Taekwondo and child, 230+ Games and Exercises” focuses on young athletes, aged between 4 and 12 years.
As stated in the description, “taking into account the important role of gaming in psychomotor development of the child, while developing motor skills – skills shaping characters and setting behavior through rules, answers in this book to questions of how, how the when and why we prefer and recommend the playful exercise method than traditional “.
